Weeknight Grilled Flatbread Pizza

The 15-minute pizza night exists, and it runs on store-bought flatbread and a hot grill. This is not a compromise recipe, flatbread pizza has its own identity and fans, and a grill gives it char that an oven cannot match. Perfect for a weeknight when the kids want pizza and you do not want to wait 45 minutes for dough.
Ingredients
- 4 store-bought naan or flatbreads
- 3/4 cup pizza sauce
- 8 oz mozzarella, grated
- Toppings of choice: pepperoni, mushrooms, olives, peppers
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- Fresh basil
Instructions
- 01
Brush the underside of each flatbread with olive oil.

- 06
Finish with oregano and fresh basil.
Pro Tips
From our kitchen
- ★Naan is genuinely great flatbread-pizza base. The slight sweetness plays off the pizza sauce.
- ★Less is more on toppings. A weeknight personal pizza wants 2-3 toppings max or the base gets soggy.
